Since VyaparX provides digital documentation and consulting services only, there is no physical shipping involved. All services are delivered digitally through:

  • Phone consultations
  • In-person meetings (where applicable)
  • Virtual meetings
  • Our online platform
Intellectual Property
  • All VyaparX content, branding, and materials are proprietary
  • No reproduction or commercial use without written consent
  • Limited license granted for personal use of services only
Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VyaparX, its affiliates, and staff against claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of law or third-party rights
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Unauthorized service/platform use
